"morethanagift.co.uk", "morethanagiftonline.co.uk", "morethanagiftonline.com" trading as "More Than A Gift" of 1 Regina Villas, Creech Heathfield, TAUNTON, Somerset. TA3 5ER. "Customer" means the person or company who places an order by means of the website to purchase any of the products. | 1. General | ||||||||||||

These terms and conditions apply to the supply of all Products by More Than A Gift to the Customer. This page is intended to outline our policies of trading, but if you have any questions which are not dealt with here, please let us know by email.

| 2. Price | ||||||||||||
|
All prices are quoted in £GBP. All prices exclude postage and packaging. You will be given the total price of the transaction including postage and packaging, in the shop section of the website, before you complete your purchase. There are no further costs.

| 3. Payment | ||||||||||||
|
Payment of your order must be made in £GBP using Switch, Visa, JCB or Mastercard. Transaction details are Actinic 128 bit bank approved software encrypted for security purposes. Orders paid for by this method are despatched within 24hrs (see section 5 Delivery) Payment by cheque is accepted if it is enclosed with written order details. However, despatch of the goods ordered is not completed until the cheque has been cleared. Please allow 14 days from the date of your order to completion.

| 4. Title to property | ||||||||||||

More Than A Gift retains legal title to the product(s) until payment in full has been received from the Customer.

| 5. Delivery | ||||||||||||
|
Delivery within the United Kingdom - we aim to despatch your order to your specified address within 24 hours of your order being received. If we cannot despatch the item(s) ordered, we will notify you by email or telephone and you will have the choice of the revised delivery date or to cancel your order. All orders are completed direct from our stock and we will not process your payment until your order is ready to despatch. You will not pay for goods if they are not in stock. If your goods fail to arrive within 5 working days of you sending your order (please allow 10 working days if you are paying by cheque), then please contact us at sales@morethanagiftonline.co.uk, or phone 01823 413207 and ask for Andy or Penny Farrar. We will then ask if you wish us to pursue your original order, re-send your goods, or cancel your order. A full refund will be given if you prefer to cancel the order. Delivery outside the U.K to Europe and other countries - More Than A Gift will deliver your gift on your behalf worldwide. We are not responsible for any deliveries sent outside the UK. We will send your gift by Royal Mail (International Recorded) and we will supply you with the date of posting and your order tracking number.

| 6. Refunds and Returned Goods | ||||||||||||
|
If you (the customer or the recipient) finds they have been supplied with a defective product, or a product different from that ordered, then More Than A Gift will provide an immediate and full refund on return of the defective product. Goods being returned for exchange for other reasons will be subject to postage and packaging charges on the replacement. We will not accept responsibility for postal charges on lost items when returning non-defective goods. Goods must be returned, to the address below, within 7 working days commencing the day after the goods are received by you. We will only accept non-defective returns in stock condition and in the original packaging. | 7. Cancellation | ||||||||||||
|
More Than A Gift reserves the right to refuse any order or part of an order or to require further information to enable the order to be sucessfully processed and completed. If More Than A Gift cannot complete an order it shall take reasonable steps to notify the customer within 5 working days of receipt of the order. Any payment which has been made will be refunded in full to the customer within 7 working days after cancellation of the order. The customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days commencing the day after the customer receives the goods (this does not apply to perishable goods). The customer must inform More Than A Gift of the intention to cancel the order within this 7 working day period by email at sales@morethanagiftonline.co.uk or by phone 01823 413207 and ask for Andy Farrar. The customer must then return the goods in the original condition they were received. More Than A Gift will then refund the customer's money within 30 days. If the goods are not returned to More Than A Gift, 1 Regina Villas, Creech Heathfield, TAUNTON, Somerset TA3 5ER, within 60 days after the cancellation, the customer will be charged any costs incurred for us to collect the goods from the customer. The customer is required to pay the carriage costs of returning the goods to More Than A Gift.

Order information is collected so that we can offer you an efficient service and process your order correctly. It is also necessary for us to keep records in the event of fraudulent use of a credit card. This information comprises your name and address, a delivery name and address if different from yours, your telephone number, your email address and your credit card details if this is your chosen method of payment. Your email address is necessary in the event that we may need to contact you should there be a problem with your order being processed. More Than A Gift will not contact you in the future with advertising or promotional emails, without you requesting us to do so. You may do this by using our admin email link below or go to the 'contact us' page of this web site. The information you enter is collected for use only by More Than A Gift. Your credit card details are sent to us via secure Actinic 128 bit encrypted software which is bank approved. Your credit card details are not decrypted until they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. This information is held only by us to enable us to complete your order and transaction on your instructions.We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully. Customer Privacy is important to us and we will not give, or hire or sell the information to any third parties. More Than A Gift makes every effort to despatch products of a good quality and to offer the very best service we can. However, should you believe you have reason to complain please contact us by email at admin@morethanagiftonline.co.uk, or by phone to 01823 413207 (ask for Penny Farrar), or write to us at Customer Administration, More Than A Gift, 1 Regina Villas, Creech Heathfield, TAUNTON, Somerset TA3 5ER. The telephone service is available between 9:00a.m and 5:00p.m on week days (excluding bank holidays). There is an answer service for messages to be left outside these hours. Phone calls are standard rate. Your complaint will be dealt with confidentially. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days. We also undertake to respond to and resolve complaints as quickly as possible.
